Are you sending the print job to the correct printer?. Click the Printer menu, then remove the check from Use Printer Offline. Right-click on the icon for your printer, then click See what's printing. If the printer is connected to the computer via a USB splitter, disconnect the cable from the splitter and connect it directly to computer. In the Run box, type control printers and click OK. Hold the Windows key on the keyboard and type the letter R. If you are using a Windows PC, is the Use Printer Offline option enabled? To check, follow this procedure. Make sure that the printer is connected directly to the computer and not into a USB hub. Reseat the cable to make sure the connections are secure. 
The USB cable may not be seated correctly at the printer or at the computer. Then, use the power button to turn it on. If not, make sure that the printer is plugged in.
